These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by GM Marketing Solutions(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, including SMS communications and subscription programs, you agree to these terms.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from GM Marketing Solutions, you consent to receive text messages that may include:

Service notifications

Marketing messages

Appointment reminders

Account alerts

Two-factor authentication messages

Customer support communications

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and service engagement.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying:

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include updates, reminders, marketing offers, onboarding instructions, review requests, and other relevant business communications. Message frequency depends on service activity and user preferences.


Data Rates & Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS or MMS messages sent or received. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.


Message Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed. Delays or failures may occur due to carrier filtering, network issues, device limitations, or third-party service interruptions. GM Marketing Solutions is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Subscription Plans & Services

GM Marketing Solutions offers two primary subscription options:

$297 per Month Plan Includes:

Custom-built website

Access to GM Marketing CRM platform (web & mobile)

Dedicated business phone number (calling & texting)

CRM management tools

Automation setup

Review and reputation management tools

Remarketing tools

$750 per Month Plan Includes:

All features included in the $297 plan

Full management and optimization of Google Local Services Ads

Subscriptions are offered on:

Month-to-month billing

Prepaid 3-month commitments

Prepaid commitments may include additional promotional bonuses at our discretion.


Billing & Auto-Renewal

All subscription fees are billed in advance of the service period.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or approved payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for subscription and usage-based fees.


Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

In addition to subscription fees, clients are responsible for usage-based charges including but not limited to:

Phone Numbers

Local: $1.15/month

Toll-Free: $2.15/month

SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound & outbound)
MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01–$0.02 inbound
Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085–$0.0220/min inbound
Number Intelligence Services: $0.005–$0.01 per lookup

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage fees. If balances fall below required thresholds, automatic top-ups may occur based on selected settings.

Rates are subject to change based on carrier or vendor pricing adjustments.


No Refund Policy

All payments made to GM Marketing Solutions are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate initiation of digital services, software setup, marketing campaigns, automation configuration, and custom development work, refunds will not be issued for:

Subscription fees

Usage charges

Partial billing periods

Prepaid commitments

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for services rendered.

In the event of a chargeback, GM Marketing Solutions reserves the right to submit documentation including:

Signed agreements

Platform login records

Proof of service delivery

Communication records

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and recovery of associated fees.


Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by submitting written notice to:

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of prepaid terms.


Delivery of Services

Services are considered fulfilled once:

Website build is completed and delivered

CRM access is provided

Automation setup is finalized

Advertising setup (if applicable) is completed

Onboarding assistance is provided as support but does not delay service fulfillment status.


Payment Failures & Suspension

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process payment multiple times over a 3-week period.

If payment remains unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, services and platform access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.


User Obligations

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including:

TCPA regulations

CAN-SPAM Act

CTIA messaging guidelines

Illinois consumer protection laws

You may not use our platform to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harassing messages.


Changes to Terms

GM Marketing Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
